   I thought I had been given the incorrect size for an ink cartridge, but after I rang HP I was advised that HP had changed the size.

   Refused to send my printer after payment was cleared. They wanted a drivers ID which I wasnt happy about as they had my details already. Unfriendly staff and poor service. Waiting on my refund.
